Our default shipping courier is USPS Priority Mail.

Customers may request FedEx shipping instead.
Additional fee: $15.

Standard shipments include $100 insurance coverage only.

Customers may request full package insurance before shipping.
If full insurance is requested, additional fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, claims must be filed through the shipping carrier or insurance provider.

KC Gold Collection LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped.

Insurance claims will be handled by the courier or insurance provider company.

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders from live sales or special collections may require a processing time of 2–4 weeks after payment before shipping.

Customers will be notified once the order has been shipped.
