We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure authenticity and quality.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if an item is proven to be fake or misrepresented.
If a refund is approved:
• Credit card, Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay processing fees are non-refundable.
• Refund processing may take 3–5 business days depending on the payment provider.
KC Gold Collection LLC is not responsible for payment processing fees charged by third-party providers.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless an item is verified to be not authentic.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.
Deposits and payments made toward orders are non-refundable.

Layaway Orders
For layaway purchases:
• Customers must follow the agreed payment schedule.
• Failure to make payments by the due date may result in a late fee of $1 per item per day.
• If the order is canceled, all deposits are forfeited.

Remaining Balance When Items Arrive
If a balance remains after items arrive:
• The remaining balance must be paid within 3 days.
• Late payments will incur a $1 per item per day late fee.
• Deposits are non-refundable if the order is canceled.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Shipping insurance is optional and recommended.
Standard shipments include $100 insurance coverage only.
If a package is lost, claims must be filed through the shipping carrier or insurance provider.
KC Gold Collection LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.
